These intensive coaching sessions are designed to clarify issues, explore strategic alternatives and seek solutions when an organizational, team or individual conflict has arisen. Organized around a win-win philosophy, this process emphasizes principles of accountability and responsibility for system dysfunction. Without a right-wrong blaming context, previously unseen options can be considered as a means for resolution.
