Rhiannon Surrenda, MA.

Rhiannon brings her enthusiasm, passion for empowering others and 15 years of expertise to all of her consultations and trainings. Rhiannon works with executives, teams and entrepreneurs from a wide range of industries to help them succeed in their professional development and personal training goals.

For the past 4 years, Rhiannon was the Executive Director at California Corporate College, whose goal it is to provide access to quality, market-relevant workforce development and training solutions. She led the provision of results-driven training solutions for corporations, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations that require training services delivered to multiple locations throughout California.  

As a consultant at The Leadership Edge, she provides Organizational Development Trainings, Organizational Assessments, Executive 360 degree Feedback assessments, as well as Training of Trainers programs for complex systems change efforts. She also provides consultation on team effectiveness for virtual or geographically dispersed teams.

As a senior consultant for Cabrillo Corporate Training, Rhiannon manages clients as well as driving business development and partnership opportunties. In addiition, she provides training on a variety of topics not limited to but including: Leadership, Change Management, Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Facilitation Skills and Meeting Effectiveness. All her trainings focus on integrating personal, professional and leadership development through practical applications. She has also participated in the development and training for the Cabrillo College Supervisory Academy and Leadership Academy. 

Rhiannon has a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Conflict Management. She is a certified trainer for Development Dimensions International, Inc., a CCCAOE Leadership Academy Master trainer and a primary trainer for New World of Work 21st Century Skills.. In addition, she has completed and been certified in the AchieveGlobal Inc. Leadership Training, Interaction Associates Facilitative Leadership® training, Interaction Associates Facilitating Change® training and the Technology of Participation training (ToP)®.
